For some weeks I have believed that I had computer trouble involving my hardware and my usual operating system Microsoft Windows. So, for a while, I've mostly kept away from DeviantArt.
I just replace a fan in my machine's power supply. But maybe it didn't need replacing! Oh well, there's a factory-fresh one installed now.
I logged into DeviantArt today partly as a test of my hardware but also as a test of an alternate operating system, a version of Linux. In case Widows is kaput, it seems to allow me to do most DeviantArt things.
I also browsed a bit of your work and journals today. But I intend to get more caught up with my dear friends on DeviantArt later.
For the moment I seem to remain dancing around the totally consuming firepit of skepticism and disbelief while gyrating wildly as the character/person/ego/self. But—how can this be?—at least a patially skeptical attitude seems to be present.

The Human and the Absolute, the Pain and the Joy
I recently found some wisdom that I would like to share with you. The old question about the existence of, and what to do about, the painful parts of the world and ourselves vs. the infinitely perfect love that we call God is addressed in some of the writings of Joan Tollifson and Francis Dale Bennett.
From Joan Tollifson: "A poem for the New Year..." (Jan. 3, 2017), "When I was growing up..." (Jan. 6, 2017), and others.
From Francis Bennett: "Some days are just bad days..." (Jan. 6, 2017), "HUMAN PAIN AND SUFFERING" (Jan. 4, 2017), and more.
Lovebird, a Song by Hunter Wade
I've discovered internet radio recently. I heard this song on one of the stations I started listening to, Program Your Life Radio. The station format seems to be self-help talks and music. I particularly liked the song Lovebird by Hunter Wade that PYL Radio played a few days ago.
Here's a sample of the lyrics:
I made my move you shot me down
so falls the LoveBird
If I'd have played it cool I'd not be singing here today
I've got my truth and you've got your down feather comforter
I'd rather of Loved and Lost
than to have never Loved at all
It's better to have Loved and Lost
than to have never Loved at all
I guess I pay the pr
Tuesday's Child
On Tuesday afternoon I visited my friend, "the Sage" (as I have nicknamed her), and her one-month-old son. She was breastfeeding. So I was able to see the techniques required to do this modestly in public.
Then she put him down for a while in the bassinet. Even though we were in the same room, he eventually became so frustrated and wanting of her touch that, not only did his face turn red as he cried loudly, but his whole body—or at least the tiny, wildly waving arms and legs sticking out of his onesie—did. So mom picked him up.
She soothed him by waltzing gently around the room to the Hans Zimmer music playing softly in the bac

I thought you had left for good; which i deemed to be very wise of you! : )
I'm not sure what you're being skeptical about? What is it you doubt or disbelieve? Can you put it into words?
I've had trouble with my 'puter too. Switched off by itself (not due to external power outage). This has happened in the past and apparently;y the Power Supply was overloaded, and damaged the Mother Board. I've now taken to unplugging the computer from the wall socket as soon as I'm done instead of leaving it plugged in for hours. Apparently, it draws juice even if the socket is switched off.
